Donation Request

At El Rio Grande Latin Market, supporting our community is at the heart of who we are.

Guided by our values of family, culture, and compassion, we are proud to partner with organizations that make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Each year, we work closely with Children’s Health and host two signature community initiatives: Juguetón, our annual toy drive that brings joy during the holiday season, and our Back‑to‑School Event, where we donate school supplies to help children start the school year prepared for success.

Nonprofit organizations seeking financial or in‑kind support for upcoming events are invited to submit a request at least 30 days in advance. Please complete the form below with a detailed description of your organization and event, the type of support requested, and relevant dates.

All requests are reviewed internally, and donation assistance is provided at the discretion of El Rio Grande Latin Market. Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to guarantee a response to every submission.

In order to be considered for a donation, please complete the required step of finalizing your donation request by uploading your 501(c)3 documents. These documents help us ensure our regulatory compliance. Your information is kept secure and confidential. Your request will be reviewed if further information is needed a Team Member will reach out to you.
