El Rio Grande Latin Market – Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by El Rio Grande Latin Market (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of El Rio Grande Latin Market, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on June 7th and ends on June 18th, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the steps outlined in the promotional post or official announcement, which may include:
- Following El Rio Grande Latin Market on Facebook or Instagram
- Sharing a picture of your father grilling and telling us why he’s El Rey del Grill
- Tag us in your post
No purchase is necessary to enter or win unless explicitly stated. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
5. Prize Details
Prize details, including description, quantity, and approximate retail value, will be disclosed in the official giveaway announcement.
Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless determined by the Sponsor.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Winners will be notified via direct message on Thursday, June 18th ,2026. Winner should pick up the prize during our Father’s Day Giveaway Event on June 19th in our store at 3037 South Freeway, Fort Worth, TX between 4 – 6pm. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, another winner may be selected.
A second winner will be selected, among the participants of the Father’s Day Giveaway Event on June 19th
7. Prize Pickup / Delivery
Prize pickup instructions will be provided to the winner. Winners may be required to show valid identification and sign an acknowledgment of receipt. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winner(s) grant El Rio Grande Latin Market the right to use their name, likeness, photo, voice, and/or entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
El Rio Grande Latin Market reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any entry that violates these Terms & Conditions
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway due to fraud, technical issues, or any other factors beyond reasonable control
All decisions made by the Sponsor are final.
11. Limitation of Liability
El Rio Grande Latin Market is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or invalid entries
- Technical malfunctions, human error, or unauthorized intervention
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless El Rio Grande Latin Market from any claims related to participation or acceptance of the prize.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with El Rio Grande Latin Market’s privacy practices. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
13. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
