INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. of (16-20) easy to peel shrimp
- 2 large tablespoons of shrimp bouillon
- ½ medium white onion chopped
- 2 Celery Sticks diced
- 6 Small Potatoes cut in half
- 2 carrots
- 1 squash chopped
- 1 cilantro bunch chopped
- 46oz of vegetable Juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- First, we place: the vegetable juice and 42 ozs of water in a pot along with the chopped onion, shrimp bouillon, celery and carrots. Let the ingredients boil for 15 minutes.
- Now, we add the potatoes and zucchini in small pieces and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
- Next, we add the shrimp to the pot. Remember to remove the shell beforehand.
- And finally, we cut the cilantro into small pieces, put it in the pot and boil for another 5 minutes.
