INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. of (16-20) easy to peel shrimp
  • 2 large tablespoons of shrimp bouillon
  • ½ medium white onion chopped
  • 2 Celery Sticks diced
  • 6 Small Potatoes cut in half
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 squash chopped
  • 1 cilantro bunch chopped
  • 46oz of vegetable Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, we place: the vegetable juice and 42 ozs of water in a pot along with the chopped onion, shrimp bouillon, celery and carrots. Let the ingredients boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Now, we add the potatoes and zucchini in small pieces and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
  3. Next, we add the shrimp to the pot. Remember to remove the shell beforehand.
  4. And finally, we cut the cilantro into small pieces, put it in the pot and boil for another 5 minutes.
